When working with teams, I like to focus on areas where the classic methods of motivation and development do not work. If the teams stagnate and cannot find new ways of cooperation, they are at a treshold point and they need more than just increasing the work effort.
Through strategic internal workshops and my coaching experience, I help the teamleaders and managers to trace and identify what is happening in their teams, activate team spirit and based on that motivate and support the team to find an innovative solution and implement it in practice.
Motivation of the team members-employees is very important. However working with motivation of teams that function in a multi-level marketing system is even more challenging. Members of these teams are enterpreneurs and therefore a leader of such team works with a group of volunteers. I offer long-term development programs for the members of such teams.
